"I reached out to Amy 2 years ago for companionship in my Assisted Living community. During Covid, I found myself to be isolated and losing contact with the outside world. We set up to meet once a week to visit. During our visits, we listen to and discuss music, talk about what’s going on in the world, share stories of our life, and we go shopping to Walmart and have a lot of fun. Amy has assisted me in learning new technology like Spotify. It’s been a great help to me to go shopping, as my eyesight is declining. 

Amy is happy to do my ‘secretarial work’ by helping to fill out medical forms, order on Amazon and fill out my weekly menu choices for lunch and dinner.

I find Amy to be fun, professional, and knowledgeable and her experience working with seniors has benefitted me.

Some days they just sit together on her bed and talk and look at family albums. On days when Amy cannot take my Aunt out she paints her nails ,gives her a foot rub, brushes her hair, and helps her pick out an outfit for the day. At the end of each week, Amy sends me an email to let me know what they did, with pictures. 

Amy also lets me know if any of my Aunt's supplies are getting low, she always offers to pick up anything she needs such as a jacket & toiletries. I'm very lucky to have such a special, kind, giving person to help me with my dear Aunt."
